# IOCE Atlas

> Isocratic Ownership-Control Equilibrium (IOCE): a research atlas measuring the gap between who owns and who controls
> organisations, using the Ownership-Control Divergence Index (OCDI). The machine-readable IOCE Core Ontology v0.1 is
> provisional; every term carries an epistemic status and provenance. Use it for examination, not as settled truth.
